Booking Lessons
Booking lessons, you receive emails for each one of them, they can also appear in your calendar, if you use one.
You can Reschedule/Cancel lessons right there from those emails in the bottom section.
6 hours before the lesson you’ll receive a reminder.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to reschedule/cancel the lesson, kindly do it 24 or more hours before the lesson. This will allow other students to book the time.
The lesson will be counted as taken, if cancelled/rescheduled in less than 12 hours.
One More Thing…
Here’s one thing to keep in mind. Our little English learning community is growing (yee-haw!), which means there could be many pre-booked lessons to the hours you may want.
If it’s comfortable for you, a great idea will be to book lessons a little bit ahead into the future. THANKS! 👍😉
