Time Zones?

Booking lessons, It’s always your own time zone.

How Do I Pay?

Payments are done using Paypal – It’s safe and secure. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you’ll be able to make one in a matter of minutes.

Can I Reschedule?

Kindly do it 24 or more hours before the lesson. This will allow other students to book the time. The lesson will be counted as taken, if cancelled/rescheduled in less than 12 hours.

How Do I Reschedule?

Right after you book a lesson, you get an email. Right there in the bottom you’ll find “Need to make changes to this event?” section.  Click the option you need and choose the new time.

Can I Get a Refund?

If you are not satisfied, you can get a refund. Send your request in Skype – live:english.on.command or Email – english.on.command@hotmail.com Keep in mind, PayPal takes a fee for refunds (~10%). You’ll get your money for unused hours back to your account.

Zoom? Skype? Teams?

99% of the time we use Skype. For countries like UAE or China, we use Zoom or an alternative.

Also, for most effective learning experience, we recommend to use a laptop, which makes Google Docs easier to use + you’ll be able to see your teacher and the material at the same time.
